Returns Policy
At Peak Logs, we take pride in delivering premium-quality firewood and fuel products directly to our customers. Each order is hand-delivered by our own team to ensure the highest standards of service and product care.
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved in delivery, we do not accept returns once goods have been delivered and accepted by the customer. All sales are considered final once delivery is complete.
Refusal of Delivery
Customers are entitled to inspect their order at the time of delivery. If, for any reason, you choose to refuse the delivery upon arrival, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus a fixed delivery fee of £35 to cover transport and handling costs. Please note that once a delivery has been accepted and the driver has left the premises, no refunds or exchanges can be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service team at info@peaklogs.co.uk. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.
